  • 7/31/09 - GarageGames Interviews Ted Southard: Ted Southard, lead developer at DigitalFlux Entertainment, has been honored with Associate status for his helpfulness in the community there. Check out the interview and learn a bit more about the head honcho of DigitalFlux!

  • 6/27/09 - BrightHub Previews Epic Frontiers: Michael Dougherty of BrightHub.com has written up a nice little interview with us regarding Epic Frontiers! We're always glad to get a writeup, and getting one from a great site such as BrightHub makes us even happier. Head on over there to check it out!

  • 3/26/09 - DigitalFlux Entertainment Interview with Garage Games at GDC: Ted Southard, of DigitalFlux Entertainment, was interviewed by Garage Games regarding Interrogative and Epic Frontiers during GDC. For those who did not catch the live webcast from the Expo floor, you can watch the interview by hitting the jump.

  • 3/09 & 4/09 - Epic Frontiers at GDC San Francisco and IMGDC '09: DigitalFlux Entertainment will be at the GDC expo next week from the 25th-27th in San Francisco. We'll be hanging around the Garage Games booth as well as walking the floor. If anyone would like to set up a meeting during that time, please contact me here.

Also, we'll be at IMGDC in Las Vegas during April 17th-19th. We're also sponsoring the conference, as we did last year. Again, anyone wishing to schedule a meeting should contact me here.

  • 2/28/09 - Epic Frontiers AI in AIGameDev's Weekly Roundup: The February 21st Epic Frontiers Development Blog was featured as part of AIGameDev.com's Weekly Roundup, where they showcase interesting developments in AI from around the game industry. AIGameDev.com says in part: "Might well be worth keeping an eye on developments of the game, since good AI R&D can come from anywhere and this seems to be on the right lines."

We at DigitalFlux Entertainment are very glad that AIGameDev.com thinks so highly of our Interrogative system- and we haven't even made it flex all of its muscles yet!

  • 1/09 - New Website! Like our new digs? We have recently moved our hosting site to take advantage of the much better features that Blue Host provides us! We'll be adding more content over the next few months as we ramp up production on Epic Frontiers, meaning that we'll soon be hosting forums, a snazzier blog, a media section, and a store for swag and products.

    Stay tuned folks!

  • 7/10/08 - DigitalFlux Entertainment, LLC trueSpace Plugin Support Policy: Due to the release of trueSpace 7, and it's lack of support for compiling trueSpace eXtensions (TSX's) specifically for use with that version, DigitalFlux Entertainment, LLC must make the following changes to the support of it's line of trueSpace plugins:

    1) These plugins are no longer being sold, nor will new ones be developed.

    2) All plugin support for versions of trueSpace later than v6.6 is "best effort", meaning that if the problem cannot be solved without delving into the source code (and thus needing a recompile), then support cannot be rendered.

    3) All plugin support for versions of trueSpace at or before v6.6 will end effective December 31, 2008. This is because while DigitalFlux Entertainment, LLC, has enjoyed providing such plugins, we must move on to other things.
